SHIPPING:
- All deliveries for Custom made cushions and Fabrics are completed by private courier services only (not Aust Post). (Delivery of fabric samples will be via Australia Post).
- A quote for the cost of delivery will be sent with all initial quote enquiries. The delivery cost is based upon cubic weight and delivery location. We deliver our custom-made cushions Australia-wide.
- Fabric by the Metre: Orders over $200 include FREE DELIVERY; Orders up to $200 will incur a $20 delivery charge.
- We do our very best to deliver within the quoted lead time frames - and you will be contacted if we anticipate any varied times.
- Deliveries will often require a signature upon arrival. A business address is preferred. Cushions or fabric cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
- Despatch times will vary according to availability of the product you have ordered. SquareFox is not responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control.
